Replacing missing teeth allows you to eat and speak with confidence.
Restorations help you avoid other painful issues, like jaw pain or migraines.
We offer dental crowns and other restorations in a single visit!

Bridges

A missing tooth (or teeth) can affect the way you eat and speak, as well as the alignment of other teeth in your mouth. Attaching to the teeth near a missing tooth, a fixed bridge closes the gap and returns the functional benefits you were missing. There are many different designs and materials that may be used for bridgework. Our doctors will help you decide what option is best.

Crowns

To further improve the patient experience, we’ve invested in CEREC™, a technology that enables us to perform dental restorations chair-side. We’re able to design, create, and insert precise, strong, beautiful all-ceramic crowns right in our office while you relax. That means no impressions and temporary crowns in most cases—and you’re taken care of in just one appointment!

Crown Lengthening

Crown lengthening may be the natural result of gum contouring, but it’s usually done to ready your smile for restorative services. Such procedures typically involve removing excess gum tissue and preparing a uniform appearance in preparation for placing crowns or bridging teeth.

Dental Implants

Looking for dental implants? Missing a tooth? Regardless of whether you’re missing one tooth or many, we can help you find the right dental solution for you. We can also help you get rid of dentures in favor of getting permanent teeth again.

All-On-4®
If you lack the bone density for standard implants and need extensive prosthetic work, All-on-4® implants can give you many of the benefits of standard implants. An All-on-4® system supports a full prosthesis on 4 screws, two of which are angled to maximize contact with bone. All-on-4® implant systems can be an attractive alternative to dentures since they’re permanent and can be cleaned like natural teeth. Could you be a candidate for All-on-4® implants? Contact us today to find out.

Teeth-In-A-Day
Can you imagine getting an entirely new smile in a single trip to the dentist? With teeth-in-a-day, we can complete a full set of implant-supported-dentures… in just one day! Our advanced technology allows us to fabricate and securely place your new smile with minimal pain or discomfort. Discover how teeth-in-a-day could change your life, call to schedule your new patient appointment today.

Dentures

If you’re missing most or all of your natural teeth, we can help restore them with dental implants. If you have dentures that rock and slip, consider implant supported dentures for a more stable fit. We also offer traditional denture options as well.

Full Mouth Reconstruction

We’re dedicated to providing our patients with the restorative care they need at Perinton Dental Group. We can be your go-to provider for everyday fillings and crowns, but we’re also here to help you through extensive procedures if they’re needed. If you’ve had to forgo treatment when you needed it in the past, or have undergone a traumatic facial injury, we can help you on your journey to recovery. We’ll begin with a comprehensive examination to discuss your options and determine which treatment will meet your needs and goals.

A full mouth reconstruction can change your smile and improve your quality of life, but the process differs from smile makeovers because the work is needed instead of elective. We want to provide the care you need with the compassion you deserve.

Inlays & Onlays

When a traditional filling can’t restore a decaying tooth back to its normal function and shape, inlays and onlays may be the solution. An inlay can repair damage contained within the cusp of your tooth (outer ridges), and an onlay is larger and able to repair damage that extends beyond the cusp. Inlays and onlays are considered the conservative alternative to crowns, but they serve the same purpose: to strengthen and protect your tooth from further damage, which allows us to preserve your natural tooth for as long as possible.

Same Day Restorations

If you’ve ever had a tooth restored in the past, it was always an arduous process. You may remember goopy impressions and off-site dental labs alone made for great patience on your part. However, at Perinton Dental Group, we are proud to be moving forward with all cutting edge technology that shrinks down this whole process into one piece of chairside equipment and single appointment!

Tooth-Colored Fillings

Durable, natural looking fillings stop decay and repair teeth without unsightly metal. If we do happen to find a cavity in your smile that just won’t go away no matter what you try–don’t worry! With advances in modern materials, now cavities can be repaired with tooth-colored resin material so seamlessly blended into the existing dentition it will never show or bother anyone ever again.
